Why muslin?
Muslin is a 100% cotton, soft, natural fabric with a fine, even weave that becomes more beautiful with washing. Its threads are supple, smooth, and finely woven. Muslin is among the oldest woven fabrics in the world. This fabric, beloved by mothers today, has been used for many years, ensuring a mother's comfort during all these joyful yet challenging times, from breastfeeding to bathing, from putting her to bed to strolling. Thanks to muslin blankets, mothers no longer have to carry four separate blankets. They are lightweight, require no regular folding or ironing, and don't take up much space or add bulk to their bags.
More importantly, it doesn't irritate your baby's sensitive skin. Mothers who prefer to use a towel after bathing can easily use our muslin cloths by placing them inside the towel. How should I wash the products?
Our products can be washed in a washing machine at 30 degrees using a cotton wash program.
To ensure long-term use without compromising its quality, we recommend that it not be dried in a dryer or ironed.
Could my products become lint-free or shrink?
Muslin fabric is a 100% cotton woven fabric. Like all cotton fabrics, it can become brittle through washing and use, which is quite natural. Similarly, potential color fading and shrinkage are inherent to the nature of cotton fabric.
Should I iron the products?
We do not recommend ironing since the natural texture of the muslin fabric has a smooth appearance and there are no fold marks problems.

How are the purchased product(s) packaged?
We ship your orders in unique, easy-to-use raw cloth bags with the BabyMuss logo, designed specifically for the product you purchased.
If you need, you can also purchase a cotton cloth pouch from our website.
How are personalized products packaged?
When you order a personalized product, we can put your product in a raw cloth pouch and if you add it to your cart and purchase it separately on our website, we can put it in our super original cardboard gift package box with the BabyMuss logo.
This package is very popular with mothers and can be used for many years by putting the baby's socks, hair clips, creams and pacifiers in it.
Can I send gift wrapping directly to the recipient?
Yes! Rest assured, every gift you send through our website is carefully packaged in specially designed raw cloth bags bearing the Baby Muss logo. Return and Exchange Conditions
How can I return the product I purchased?
In accordance with the Consumer Law and relevant legislation, the buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned to the seller along with the invoice. Products subject to withdrawal must be returned in their original packaging, complete, unused, unwashed, and in a marketable condition, undamaged by misuse, and in the same condition they were received by the buyer, complete with all accessories.
The shipping costs of products to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal will be covered by the buyer.
The following products/services are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
• Specially produced products in line with the buyer's requests,
• Products that deteriorate quickly or are at risk of expiration,
• Products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons (headphones, underwear, etc.),
• Services or digital content performed instantly in electronic environment.
For a product exchange or return, the product must be returned to the buyer along with the invoice. Returns and exchanges without an invoice are not accepted. Furthermore, products purchased from www.babymuss.com cannot be exchanged or returned at other retail locations. Exchanges and returns are handled by the Baby Muss online sales department.
The returned product will first be inspected by the Seller. If any damage, damage, breakage, damage, tearing, or use is detected on the product or its packaging, the Seller will not accept the product for return or exchange and will not refund the buyer's payment.
The full amount of the product purchased with installment or single payment options will be refunded to the buyer's credit card within one week. Depending on the bank, the amount will be deposited into the buyer's card within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The buyer must return the product they wish to exchange via courier to the customer's address listed on the invoice. The shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I return the product I have custom made?
We are sorry that we cannot return or exchange your personalized products.
If you detect and prove a defect caused by BabyMuss production, the price you paid will be refunded.

What payment methods can I use?
When you proceed to the payment step, you can make your purchase by choosing the payment method most suitable for you.
You can pay with all credit cards in one installment at the cash price, or in 12 installments with interest, or by money order. Each method is safe for you.
What does SSL mean in secure payment methods?
Our site is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Thanks to the SSL security protocol, the credit card information you provide to our site is encrypted and sent to the bank, making it impossible for anyone to access this information during this process.
